It all began when two single guys, who happened to be brothers, bought a Carolina Reef beach condo in North Myrtle Beach, SC. When they got married, they decided to buy two more pre-construction condos down the beach, at the Baywatch Resort. Today, our families’ vacation rental portfolio includes condos at the fabulous Fontainebleau Resort in Miami, FL, a bayside beach bungalow in Ocean City, MD, and log cabins on the top of a mountain ridge overlooking the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

The brothers have grown their vacation rental business with the help of two enterprising wives, who enjoy decorating, renovating and handling inquiries from prospective guests. Our aim with our family-owned vacation rental business, is to provide exceptional quality properties for a fair price, and help families have memorable vacations in awesome destinations.

Each of our properties is cared for as if it was our second home. There are plenty of personal touches to make you feel right at home.
