The Carolina Reef Condominium overlooks the soft pink sands of Crescent Beach. This beautiful, wide, crescent shaped beach enables you to see the lights sparkling up and down the beach on either side from the balcony at night. And you will never have to jockey for your place on the sand. This is an un-crowded, pristine clean beach with plenty of room for you to spread out your towels and beach buckets!

Family Friendly to Fine Dining

There are lots of Calabash all-you-can-eat seafood houses along route 17, for those with a big appetite. We love a little seafood dive just north in Cherry Grove, Duffy Street Seafood Shack. Our fave for breakfast is the Plantation Pancake House on Rt. 17, dine overlooking a view of wetlands and wildlife and the sounds of tropical birds coming from cages in the balcony above you. For the finest homemade Italian in an intimate atmosphere, definitely try Benny Rappa’s. For the best ice cream at the beach, we recommend Painter's Ice Cream. Yummy for the tummy!

Great Nightlife within Walking Distance

The Spanish Galleon nightclub is within walking distance of the Carolina Reef. Kick off & carry your shoes, walk barefoot in the sand up to the hottest dance club in North Myrtle Beach! After a night of high energy, drinking, dancing, games and entertainment, you can enjoy a moonlit walk back home from this world-class hotspot.

Golf

Myrtle Beach is the Golfing mecca of the East Coast, with nearly 100 golf courses, you can enjoy an endless variety of greens, scenery, and golf clubhouses. Stellar Shopping in Myrtle Beach

While the men are playing golf, some of the ladies may prefer to shop till they drop! Very close to Carolina Reef is Barefoot Landing, a waterfront mini-mall with boardwalks and small boutiques and family oriented restaurants. Tanger Outlets are wonderful for discount prices. For bargains, our family favorite is just north of Carolina Reef, Tomlinsons Warehouse Sales, a great discount store with everything from home décor, linens, floral supplies, and clothing. But, the visitors’ favorite has got to be Broadway on the Beach, a shopping/dining/nightlife outdoor mall built around a lake. Our favorite restaurant there is the Key West Grill—try their awesome seafood!
